Assessment Cadence

You can easily determine an Assessment's Cadence by heading to the Patient's Page and clicking on "View assessment cadence".

From here, you will see the following:

• Cadence is based on the Assessment
• Assessment Number refers to the number of the Assessment send.
  • This is based on the Assessment Sent date.
  • For example, Assessments are numbered based on their initial send date, with the first send assigned as 1. Subsequent sends, whether within the same assessment cadence, a new cadence, or updated, follow the order of the original submission date in order (2,3,4,5).
• Cadence refers to the current schedule’s cadence. For example, if the current schedule has 5 follow ups, then it will say X of 6 (5 follow ups + 1 baseline = 6 sends in entire cadence)
  • For Update Score, this will always show 1 of 1 because the score has only 1 assessment send within its cadence (meaning no follow ups)
• Type refers to the type of Assessment Send
  • Baseline = The first time an Assessment goes out (the earliest Send Date)
  • Follow ups = Assessments sent AFTER baseline
  • Restarted - Follow up = when the Assessment’s schedule has been updated (so the cadence restarts - X of X )
• Sent = date the Assessment was Sent
  • Sent should always have a date. The date should be as you have in the example when the Assessment has sent. When the Assessment has not been sent (it is scheduled), then the date should still show but should be grey to signify that it is pending
• Started = date the Assessment is Started
  • This will be a Date if the patient Started the Assessment
  • Missing if the patient did NOT start the Assessment and if the next auto follow up has sent
  • Pending if the Assessment has sent but the patient has not yet started it
• Completed = date the Assessment was completed
  • This will be a Date if the patient completed the Assessment
  • Missing if the patient did NOT take the Assessment and if the next auto follow up has sent
  • Pending if the Assessment has sent but the patient has not yet taken it
• Sender is based on the individual that sent the Assessment (e.g., Update Score, Restart, Send) but not for Resend (this sends the same assessment token, not a new one)
