How to set notifications for others

Providers can now assign other phone numbers and emails to receive the notifications that they set!

Please note that others cannot set up the notification – the Provider associated with the patient must set up the notification but they can now assign this to others to receive those notifications.


Follow these steps:

  • Have the Provider set up notifications for the specific patient types they want to be notified about within the Dashboard.
  • After setting this up, assign the notifications to be sent to others in the practice within the Notifications Settings area.
