How can I resend the survey to my patient?

There's now even more functionality available with how you resend your assessments!

You can choose to either:

Resend the Notification
1. Resends the survey’s notification.
2. Maintains existing follow-up sequence.
3. Original survey dates remain unchanged.

You might want to do this if you wish to resend the notification as a reminder to the patient

Resend the Baseline
1. Resends the survey’s notification.
2. Maintains existing follow-up sequence.
3. Original survey dates remain unchanged.
4. Original baseline and all existing data remains saved!

You might want to do this if you want to restart the assessment's schedule.
