Provider Notification - Once Patient Completes Survey

Want to know when you're patients have completed a survey?

We have just the thing for you!

You can either be reminded as soon as they complete a survey or as a daily digest.

Here's how to set it up:

2) Scroll to the bottom to "Be notificed when patient completes survey?"

3) Click the checkbox to enable either email and/or text notifications

4) Use the dropdowns to select either to be notified immediately or as a daily digest - make sure to Save Changes to save your settings.

Immediately when completed will send you a text and/or email as soon as your patient completes their survey

Daily digest will send you a text and/or email at the end of the day [4:00 PM PT (7:00 PM ET)] with a deidentified list of patients that have completed their surveys (up to 5).

5) Once you receive the email that your patient(s) have completed their survey, the link in the notification will take you to a patient list where you can view patients who have completed their survey within the past 24hrs.

If no patients have completed the survey for the day, the system will not trigger or send any notifications to you.
