DrChrono: Sending assessment to your screen

Need to send an assessment to your screen? You can easily do this by going to OutcomeMD's standalone portal.

You cannot send the assessment to your screen when in DrChrono for HIPAA-related reasons.

You can easily get here by either opening a new tab or from drchrono:

1) Head to portal.outcomemd.com

2) Login using DrChrono SSO

1) Log into Drchrono and open the OutcomeMD app under any patient

2) Click the green "Practice Overview" button at the top of the iframe

3) Once OutcomeMD opens, type in the patient's name in the OutcomeMD "Search" field under the "Cart"

4) Add assessments to the cart and select the "This Device" option before sending

NOTE:

You will need your patient's DOB or your patient will need to enter in their DOB to access the assessment.
You will be logged out of OutcomeMD when the assessment is sent.
