Exploring the Patient Page - Overview

Now that you've sent some assessments (yay 🎉), it would be a great time to review the Patient Page.

Each patient will have their own Patient Page that will contain the following

• Scores Tab
• Answers Tab
• Management Tab

Let's break these down.

Scores Tab

The Scores Tab is where you'll find the Assessment Cards and Patient Timeline. The Assessment Cards contain information and actions related to the specific assessments your patient has taken, allowing you to quickly evaluate and act on this data. The Patient Timeline allows you to visualize diagnoses, medications, procedures, and other information against the assessment data.

Answers Tab

The Answers Tab contains the questions, answers, and scores associated with all of the assessments your patient has completed. Consider this a digital filing cabinet for the completed assessments!

Management Tab

The Management Tab gives you another way to review health-related data in table form as well as contains areas to create and manage tasks, document notes, and log calls.

You will also see the following functions at the top of the Patient's Page (see below).

• New Assessment button
  • You will be taken to the Assessment Tab with the current patient loaded if you wish to send the patient additional assessments.
• Patient is in office checkbox
  • This will document a "V" on the Patient Timeline to note that the patient was in office on the date the box was checked
• Copy Scores
  • This allows you to copy the most recent scores to your clipboard to easily paste them into your note!
• Copy Q & A
  • This allows you to copy the most recent questions and answers to your clipboard to easily paste into your note!
• Refresh
  • This will sync any pending data (for example, if a patient is taking an assessment in real-time, you can fresh to see the answers populate as soon as they complete them!).
