The Assessments Tab - Sending Assessments to Patients
Once you have Pinned and Scheduled your Assessments. Its now time to send them.
- To send the assessment you will first need to Add to Cart by pressing Add next to the chosen assessment. (Here we are using Fatigue for this example.).
- One thing to notice is when you add an assessment to the Cart. It tells tells you how many Total questions it will be an average time it will take to complete that assessment.
- You also have the option to Preview Questions as well before sending.
- Once you have added to the Cart, Previewed your assessment/s you can now send it to your patient. You will two options in doing so. First, option is the Quick Add New Patient.
- This first option will include cell phone number and email.
- Second option Add Patient With Full Info. (This will include Patients Cell, First Name, Last Name, Date of birth, Email Address.).
a. Adding Assessments into the Cart (03:09-03:30)
b. Adding the Patient (03:31-03:49)
c. Editing the Patient’s Information, including Other identifiers and Do not display results (03:50-04:44)
d. Cell Phone, Envelope, and Target functions (04:45-05:12)
e. Modifying the Follow-Up Schedule for just the Patient (05:13-05:48)
f. Sending Assessments to the Patient via Patient’s Device or This Device (05:49-06:28)
