The Dashboard - Overview
Consider the Dashboard your home base to conduct analysis, quickly review results, set notifications, and resend missed assessments!
At the top of the Dashboard, you will find various filters to apply to the Outcome Results Overview to get an aggregated overview of how your patients are doing.
In the left-hand section, you'll see some quick stats about your Center!
Patients specifically refer to the number of patients that have been sent at least 1 Assessment. If you have patients added to your portal who have not been sent an assessment, then they will not be added to this count until they have been sent an assessment.
Any filters that have been applied (e.g., Diagnoses, Medications, Procedures, Ad Hoc) will count the patients who have been sent an Assessment. Those not sent an Assessment will not be counted.
After the Outcome Results Overview you will find the following Sections:
- Exports
- Export a raw data csv report of your patients.
- Notifications
- Review any patients that have triggered a notification.
- The red number will indicate how many patients have been triggered.
- Set Notifications & View Recent Results
- Set customized notifications and view results from the past 3 months for specific subgroups if you set filters at the top.
d. May Need Attention
- Patients who have scored poorly on assessments will appear here. You can pull a quick report on them to see what is needed.
e. Incomplete Assessments
- You'll see a list of all patients who have missed any assessment (baseline or follow-up) and can easily resend here.
