Setting up your portal
You can quickly access your Settings area by clicking on the Gear Icon at the top right corner of the navigation bar!
Within your Settings, you can set up your Center information, Profile information, Users, and Notifications.
Be sure to select your Center within "Current Center" before sending any PROMs.
My Center
- Set up your center's information, including
- Additional Settings
- add additional questions to every follow up assessment that ask about their compliance or satisfaction or other life events that may affect their health
- White labeling
- Add your own logos to the assessments you send so patients know it's for you

Only Admins can edit the center-level information.
My Profile
- Set up your specific profile
- Display Name
- What patients will see as who it is coming from
- Contact information
- Social media/review sites here
- Display Name
User Management
- This is your main hub to manage all of your users
Only Admins can add and remove users from a center.
Notifications
- Manage existing notifications here.
Notifications are set in the Dashboard tab under Set Notifications and View Recent Results
