Survey Reminder Emails To Patients
Once you've sent a survey to a patient, they'll receive reminders to take their surveys via email and/or text.
Be sure to let your patient know that important@outcomemd.com will be sending them their email and to look out for these two subject lines:
For baselines
- [Your Display Name] needs your Symptom Score
For follow ups
- [Your Display Name] - Symptom Score update (previous was ${previousScore})
