When will the patient be reminded of their survey if they miss the first reminder?

Please keep note of the following automated notifications for your surveys.

• If the survey is scheduled within a < or = 7 days interval, then only send the immediate reminder. (One email and/or text in total)
  • Example:
    • Survey is scheduled to send once every 3 days (12/25/2023, 12/28/2023, 12/31/2023)
    • Baseline Survey is sent to patient on 12/25/2023 @ 12pm PT → 1st reminder is sent immediately (12/25/2023 @ 12p PT)
      • No additional reminders are sent to patient because next scheduled survey is to be sent on 12/28/2023 which is < or = 7 days.

• If the survey is scheduled within 8 - 15 day interval, then send 1 reminder if the survey isn't taken within 24hrs of it being sent. (2 emails and/or texts in total)
  • Example:
    • Baseline Survey is sent to patient on 12/25/2023 @ 12pm PT → 1st reminder is sent immediately (12/25/2023 @ 12p PT)
    • If patient does not take after 1st reminder → 2nd reminder is sent within 24hrs (12/26/2023 @ 12p PT).

• If the survey is scheduled within > 15 day interval, then send 1 reminder if the survey isn't taken within 24hrs of it being sent and then one additional reminder if not taken 5 days later. (3 email and/or texts in total)
  • Example:
    • Baseline Survey is sent to patient on 12/25/2023 @ 12pm PT → 1st reminder is sent immediately (12/25/2023 @ 12p PT)
    • If patient does not take after 1st reminder → 2nd reminder is sent within 24hrs (12/26/2023 @ 12p PT).
    • If patient still does not take after 2nd reminder → send one last time (3rd reminder) 5 days later (12/31/2023 @ 12p PT)
