Streamline Your Patient Assessments with the New Patient List!
Quickly assess all your patients using our enhanced Patient List feature!
Key Features:
- Patient Count: At the top of the list, you can easily view the total number of patients in your specific Center.
- Provider Selection: Utilize the "Providers" drop-down menu to filter and view patients for a specific Provider or group of Providers.
- Pinned Patients: Want to see just your "Pinned" patients? Toggle the All Patients to Pinned to see the list update to only patients that you've pinned.
- Status Reviews: Quickly access and assess the statuses that matter most, allowing you to stay informed and proactive in your patient care.
Paused
- Paused should only show up if the patient has ALL Assessments assigned to them as Paused.
- Missed recent follow-up
- Show only patients that have missed their most recent follow-up
- Incomplete baseline
- Show only patients with an Incomplete Baseline
- No assessment sent
- Show only patients who have not been sent an assessment
- Recently sent
- Show only patients who have been recently sent an assessment and is pending completion (not considered missed within first 24hrs of sending)
- Unsubscribed
- Patient only has email and has unsubscribed from email so there are no ways to communicate to patient
- Patient only has cell phone and has unsubscribed from cell phone so there are no ways to communicate to patient
- Patient has cell phone AND email added and has unsubscribed from both phone and email so there is no way to communicate to patient.
- Up-to-date
- Show only patients who have completed their assessment
It takes approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute to prepare, format and send the survey to the patient and then store this back into our system. If you are looking at the Patient List to check on the Status of Patient, then we recommend checking back within 1 minute or so once you've sent the Assessment.
