Dashboard - Notifications - How to Set, Modify, and View

Want to be notified when patients decline in score or percent? Look no further than the Set Notifications area within the Dashboard.

You must select an Assessment to set a notification.

How to Set a Notification

  1. At the top of the Dashboard, select the specific assessment you want to be notified of.

You can also add any other parameters, such as diagnoses, medications, procedures, and more if you'd like to refine your notification.

For example: You can set a notification for patients who have been diagnosed with Diabetes who have taken the Anxiety assessment and are above the age of 50.

  1. Once you've selected your parameters, scroll down to Set Notifications & View Recent Results
  2. At the bottom of this tab, you can set how you wish to be notified. There are two choices:
    1. If a patient's score falls below a given score threshold
    2. If the patient's percent change declines below a given percentage

Not sure what to set?

Setting the score decline threshold to below 30 and the percent decline threshold below 25% tends to help

  1. Once you have set your threshold, you will need to confirm your notification. Once confirmed, you will start to receive notifications based on what you have selected!

Where to Find Your Notifications

  1. Once you start to receive notifications, you can easily find them in the Notifications tab within the Dashboard. It's right above where you Set Notifications!

Modify How You are Notified

  1. You can change how you're notified by either going to your Settings (gear icon) or by selecting "Change How and When I'm Notified" in the Set Notifications & View Recent Results tab in the Dashboard.
    1. From the Settings
    2. From Set Notifications
  2. Once here, you can select if you'd like to receive email notifications and/or text notifications.
    1. If you select text, then you can also set a Do Not Disturb timeframe.

  3. You can also delete any set Notifications in this area by selecting the Trashcan icon.
