Exploring the Patient Page - Management Tab
The last section of the Patient Page is the Management Tab. This is where you can add Tasks, Notes, Calls, Medications, Diagnoses, Procedures, and Ad Hoc Filters.
Tasks
- This is an area for you to view and add any tasks associated with the patient
- You can view all tasks associated with any patient in the Care Management Tab from the main navigation bar
Notes
- Write any notes you'd like to associate with the patient here!
Calls
- Called your patient? Log it here to keep an organized list of when you (or anyone else) calls the patient.
Just like the Patient Timeline, you can add Medications, Diagnoses, Procedures, and Ad Hoc Filters within the Management Tab. These will all appear on the Patient Timeline in the patient's Scores Tab.

Accessing Management Section (13:52 -16:48)
- Add a Task (14:14-14:43)
- Add a Note ( 14:44-15:03)
- Log a call under Call Log (15:04-15:21)
- Add Medications (15:22-15:38)
- Add Diagnoses (15:39-15:56)
- Add Procedures (15:57-16:16)
- Viewing Patient Entered Events (16:17-16:31)
- You cannot remove patient-entered events
- Add Ad Hoc Filters (16:32-16:48)
- Any other Identifiers that you add will populate here within the Ad Hoc Filters section.
