When will my survey be sent to the patient once I send it?

Depending on the survey send type (baseline or follow up), your patient will either receive it shortly after sending or at a scheduled time!


It takes approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute to prepare, format and send the survey to the patient and then store this back into our system. If you are looking at the Patient List to check on the Status of Patient, then we recommend checking back within 1 minute or so once you've sent the Assessment.



If “Update Score” (via Patient Page) OR “Send” (via Assessment Tab) OR “Restart Schedule” (via Assessment Tab) → To send immediately upon trigger


Found within the Scorecard for a speciifc Assessment in the Patient's Page
Found when a patient has already been sent an assessment and you view them in the Assessment tab
Found when sending any assessment to a patient

Any Automatic Follow-Up → To send @ 9am PT / 11am CT / 12pm ET


We send follow-ups at 9am PT to ensure minimal disruption to your patient's AM routine. 🙂
