Resend an Incomplete Assessment

Our platform provides two simple and effective ways to resend incomplete assessments to patients:

  • Scorecard
  • Dashboard

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:


Option 1: Using the Scorecard

  1. Locate the Patient:
    1. In the search bar, type in the patient's name or ID to find their Patient Page.
  2. Resend the Assessment:
    1. Once you're in the Patient's Page, locate the assessment that the patient has missed. Click on the "Resend" button next to the assessment to send it again.

Option 2: Using the Dashboard

  1. Find the Incomplete Assessments Tab:
    1. On your Dashboard, scroll to the bottom to locate the "Incomplete Assessments" tab.
  2. Filter the Assessments:
    1. You have the option to filter the list to show patients who have not answered baseline assessments, follow-up assessments, or both. Select this at the top of the tab.
  3. Resend the Assessment:
    1. Click on the "Resend" button next to patients you wish to resend to.
    2. You are able to see what are the assessments (if they are in a bundle) you will be sending on the left-hand side.

If the patient does not complete the assessment within 24 hours, they will reappear on the "Incomplete Assessments" list again.

  1. Want to remove a patient from the list?
    1. Click on the trash icon next to the patient's name; this will remove this specific instance of a missed assessment. The removed patient will reappear if they do not take additional assessments.
