Patient Management - Deleting a Patient
Once a patient has been added to OutcomeMD, they cannot be deleted.
To ensure the integrity of our database, we do not allow users to delete patients once they have been added.
If you have accidentally added a patient, then you can:
1) Add "TEST", "DUPLICATE", or any other phrase to the patient's name (use the pencil icon) to signify that the patient should be excluded
2) Add an Ad Hoc filter flag to that patient's timeline in order to exclude them from your dataset in the dashboard.
